Gibraltar Lane

Gibraltar Lane: A Jamaican Odyssey is a narrative podcast that follows the anecdotes and adventures of a girl growing up in 1960s Kingston, Jamaica.

Inspired by the stories of my mother’s childhood, I crafted an original score that incorporated sweeping themes with tropical influences. As a through line, I made an effort to have the uplifting Gibraltar Lane Theme in each episode with slight variations; suggesting that despite the circumstances, the Ritchie family always overcame.
